Barry Horrobin recognized by IALEP

At the recent International Association of Law Enforcement Planner’s Conference in Vancouver, Barry Horrobin was awarded with IALEP’s O.W. Wilson Long Standing Contribution and Achievement Award. This award is granted by IALEP in recognition of persons who have made a significant contribution to the field of law enforcement planning. Barry was unable to receive this award in person, and was presented with his award at home by Windsor Police Chief Gary Smith.
